In Scenes from a village, Praveen captures the quaint everyday happenings of Goan village life in the pre-covid times.Rendered in hues of blues and splashes of red, these limited set of prints represent a time gone by – when things were slow, there was nowhere to go and not much to do, but everything seemed just about fine.

About the Artist
Praveen Yarramilli is an accomplished artist and designer based in Goa. After having formally trained at painting in school, Praveen went on to pursue his Masters in Design from IIT Kanpur. Through his minimal style of expression and his love for rich colours, he brings to the fore what is essential – without compromising on its aesthetics or originality. On other days, you will find him taking a walk, pampering his cat or generally musing over things.
